Good Naked and Bad Naked

Today we went to Nashville Shores for Mark's work family picnic. Ellen and John were all ready to swim, so that meant that at least one adult had to be in the water with them. Since Mark almost never swims, the responsibility fell to me. Now, I'm not real proud of my body, but I also don't think that I'm the ugliest one out there, and a little walk around Nashville Shores confirmed my suspicions. There are a whole lot of not-so-pretty bodies out there being unashamedly flaunted. In fact, I think I saw more ugly bodies than pretty ones. That's ok. I admire people for getting past being self-conscious and getting out and having a good time.
